Landscape Photos Of Iceland, Norway And Sweden For Sale

Scandinavian Most Beautiful Sights By Alexander Vershinin

This collection is Alexander Vershinin's work across Iceland, Norway, and Sweden — three countries that share a northern latitude but almost nothing else in how the light behaves. Iceland's volcanic black sand, glacier lagoons, and waterfalls sit under a sky that can shift from flat grey to a full spectrum of color in minutes. Norway's fjords cut steep, snow-lined mountains down into still, dark water, and the weather changes fast enough that the same coastline can look entirely different an hour apart. Sweden's landscapes are quieter by comparison — forest lakes, open countryside, and the aurora overhead on a clear winter night.

Every print is made to order and personally signed, on archival Fujiflex paper or as a Lumachrome TruLife acrylic face-mount. More field notes from these trips are on the blog.

Two pieces to start with: Vestrahorn`s peaks separating cleanly from the sky during the narrow half-hour window between sunset and full dark, shot at Stokksnes on Iceland`s southeast coast — a window that closes fast this far north and never repeats quite the same way twice. On the Norwegian side, an old wooden fishing pier on Senja is one of the few pieces in this collection built around something made by hand rather than by geology. Every print ships worldwide, made to order and personally signed on archival Fujiflex paper or Lumachrome TruLife acrylic — the sizing guide is a good starting point if you`re not sure what will fit your wall.
