Landscape Photographs Of Mountains For Sale From Alexander Vershinin

Mountain Fine Art Prints: Capturing Nature's Majesty

A mountain photograph carries some of the scale of standing there in person — the kind of vast, ancient stillness that's easy to recognize the moment you see it captured well. This collection spans peaks and ridgelines Alexander Vershinin has photographed on expeditions across four continents: the jagged coastal spire of Vestrahorn and the volcanic cone of Kirkjufell in Iceland, the fairy chimneys of Cappadocia in Turkey, the wind-carved rock of Torroweap Overlook and Arches National Park in Utah, the sandstone towers of Monument Valley, Yosemite's granite walls in California, the fjord peaks of Senja and Lofoten in Norway, the dunes of Egypt's White Desert, Grand Teton rising over Wyoming, El Chaltén in Argentine Patagonia, and the limestone sea stacks along Australia's Great Ocean Road.

Each piece is printed as a large-format Fujiflex or Lumachrome TruLife acrylic face-mount, made to order and personally signed by Alexander. A mountain landscape print holds a room's attention the way the mountain itself does — it doesn't need to be loud to be the first thing anyone notices when they walk in.

On Norway`s Senja island, Segla`s knife-edge summit — reached by a roughly four-hour hike — was shot from above the cloud layer rather than below it, at an elevation where the weather sits below the peak instead of around it. In Wyoming, Oxbow Bend`s still curve of the Snake River reflects Mount Moran clearly enough on a windless morning that the reflection is almost indistinguishable from the mountain itself — this piece uses the deeper color of blue hour instead of the golden-hour light most photographs of the spot use. Every mountain piece here is made to order and personally signed, printed on archival Fujiflex paper or Lumachrome TruLife acrylic — see the sizing guide for material and size options.
